Question: Can I take samples before placing an order? How long does it take?

Answer: Absolutely. Usually samples will be ready and sent out within 3 working days. If you want to do logo on product and packing, it takes a week or two to get samples ready.

Question: Can we do our logos? Can I do different packing?

Answer: Yes yes yes! You can put your logo on both the product and on packing. Samples with your logo will be sent for confirmation before bulk production starts.

Question: What is your MOQ for doing my logo?

Answer: MOQ for OEM order is 1000-3000 pcs according to your requirements. Talk to us for details.

Question: What can I do if I receive defective items?

Answer: Every single product is double checked before packing. And packages are carefully handled on the way from our warehouse to yours. If unfortunately you do receive a defective item, calm down and talk to anyone from our team, we’ll definitely take very good care of all your goods.
